Biography |
Dr. Rumen Ketipov holds degrees in Information Science and Economic Geography from the University of Regensburg and an MBA from Cardiff Met. Following several years of industry experience in the private sector, he pursued his PhD in Informatics at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Current research interests: Intelligent Techniques for Personalization, Machine Learning, Python, Cognitive Informatics, Information Security Management, and Information Risk Management. |
